This showreel is a snapshot of five years of building something from scratch taking Waste’s 3D from the ground up and shaping it into a creative force. The goal was simple: prove that we could stand alongside the bigger studios and keep pushing ourselves to grow.

In a world flooded with AI, we’ve chosen to stay hands-on. Every frame is crafted with care — where imagination, technique, and experimentation meet to create work that feels human, alive, and unique.

ABOUT ME.

Hi, I’m Dolph Souza, Animator, Art Director, and 3D Artist.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked across games, film, TV, and advertising, taking on nearly every role in the 3D pipeline. My journey has led me to contribute to films like Hellboy, Pacific Rim, Riddick, and The Chronicles of Narnia, as well as spend eight years at Rocksteady Studios as a Senior Character Artist on the Batman: Arkham trilogy.

I later founded my own studio, November Foxtrot, collaborating with brands such as FOX, Coca-Cola, MTV, Nike, SEGA, and Nickelodeon.

Today, I lead the 3D department at Waste Creative, where I focus on crafting bold, story-driven visuals together with a brilliant team.
